A support agent was kind enough to take the time to respond to my (probably annoying) requests for an update on my ticket, here's what they said: Not much more than the usual "we're working on it", but I thought I'd share in case anyone else is feeling as in the dark about this as I was. Any info is better than none, I guess.

Same here. I purchased as soon as it was launched, then tried applying the key and got that message. I opened a ticket with support right away, they replied with "we're working on it" and then nothing since. It's starting to feel like I got scammed.
