  1. They Fixed it for my main Account. Thank Anet. If you didn't submit a ticket and not the auto error message but a real support ticket. I quickly put in the codes and got the shared storage. Now afraid to logout.
  2. Agree I just dropped $60 buck on amazon and can't redeem the cards and wanted to buy more but limited to just 3 cards. Even on Amazon they don't want to Take my money. LOL

  4. It's funny how when they finally have the Sales that on items that really matter in the game there Gem Store Crashes. Make no Sense. Can you image if this game was fully Korean pub game and there Cash shop didn't work. They need to remove the whole Gem Store and Payment links from inside the game . Make the Gem purchases all external and have the Gems as an premium currency in-game like all the other pubs with Cash shops. We will lose some convenience but this problem just keeps popping up after updates and they don't seem to have a Root Cause to fix it. Sometimes you need just to do a Rewrite. My suggestion is continuously Submit Tickets and get this to the top of there Queue. Very Disappointed.
  5. Ok, this is crazy and has to be on Anets End. I have 2 accounts my main account which from 9 years and a 8 year old account. My main account the game crashes on Gem Store immediately . I tried everything but hit my PC with the Rubber Chicken. So, I decided to login with my other account. And we immediately able to go to the Gem Store . No problems. Same Computer, Same Settings. I'm at a lose. I submitted tickets. Which we know what the Tech is going to say. Tech: Did you Clear cache ? Me: Yes, and it works on another account. Tech: Did you do a Repair ? Me: Yes and it works on another account Tech: Is all overlays removed and Update done on your PC Me: Yes and it works on another account Tech: How about uninstalling and Reinstall Me: Googling another game that will take my money. Please fix before sale which starts tomorrow.
  6. I believe its in the Buy Gems Tab of the Trading Post. I went to a Trading Post vender and it doesn't go directly to BUY GEMS just to regular game items. But if you try to look at stuff on Cash Shop it crashes . Not a very good economic Model when you game crashes when your customers are trying to buy something or look at something to buy. I would hope the Suites at Anet jump on the Devs and tell them this is a must fix. No Turkey for you. LOL
  7. Having the same problem and this sux now. I hope they fix before all the Gem Store sales start. I'm ready to drop some money before the expansion next year but if i can't get into the Trading post. Makes no sense with the rest of the game works perfect. Gem store always they issue. Probably shouldn't have the Cash purchase feature built in. I bet the extra security causes these issues. Gem purchase needs to be completely outside of the game . That my 2 copper cents . Please fix. To the suites this is costing you money. How that for motivation.
