I have the same problem 15 points instead of 25, i sent a bug report and asked on the Gw2 support, but the answer is somewhat vague 😞

There is this guy that i think many people in the silver league know who he is. Everytime he just sits in base camp, standing idle and insulting the teammates using the map tool, normally used to draw on the map. You can see it often in the mists lobby going around and insulting people at random. Needless to say, he has been reported hundred of times by dozens of different players. This is going on since, i dont know, for sure more than 3 months now. How this is even possible? There is no control or punishment whatsoever for behaviors like this?

I didn't use beta, and still crashed for some server lag issue, my conncection works perfectly. It crashed, put me back to the character selection screen and gave me dishonor. Must admit that the system it's just bad, eh!
