Would be really nice if you had the option to adjust the position of certain items, most notably items that go into the helm slot, so you can fix their position on your face. Lots of items like glasses and masks do not fit correctly on female charr faces. Not sure how you'd provide that option for outfits, but allowing the player to adjust this to their taste would save the developers the manual labor involved of having to verify and tweak every single item against every single charr face.
