I am having some big random problems too, here in Brazil. Was playing perfect fine, than near 20h BOOM, 400+ ping than when left one map I got disconnected and could go back to the game anymore, I can't logging. I can watch a stream at 1080p 60fps but I can't login in to the game lol.
