The Holographic Dragon Helm is bugged on Human males. I was only able to test it on heavy armor so I don't know if it's all armor types or just heavy. No other races had the bug.
I had another player send me a screenshot of my character and they could also see the bug. They logged onto their character and the helm was even more bugged for them than it was me.
Here are screenshots that show the issue. For some reason new 3d assets and textures are being added to the helm that shouldn't be there.

Edit: I FIGURED OUT THE BUG! It's the hair! The players hair is clipping through the helmet, the helmet then applies the armors texture to the hair and bugs it out. If I make my character bald the bug disappears.
