Without access to utility skills in shroud, it's hard to safely send conditions in the current cleanse heavy meta. (I tried raiding and strikes on harbringer, the condis I applied to myself were often cleansed before I could transfer them with plague sending or dagger 4). Also, bug wise: I tried to take a Dhuum green while in Harb shroud. I was standing in the green early. The green activated, I was immediately popped out of shroud and NOT taken up into the air. The reaper then died.
