Same issue here. I tried clearing the cache, deleting the local.dat and repairing the game archive with -repair. I'm also using multiple accounts, but only my main crashes when opening the gem store. The only thing that helps is typing "I am Evon Gnashblade" into the trading post search bar. But this only works temporarily.
