Found solution: Go inside his hitbox and PUSH -
I did all the bosses this week in w5, looted the chest for the achievement items for coalescence but the 2nd one (Transcendental Ink) doesn't drop. I looted all 4 chests. I also found an older post about this, but it was unresolved also.
