As long as you've done 1 fractal, you should be allowed to spend Skirmish Tickets or Shards of Glory for fractal rewards. Anet, when?

I think people are taking this the wrong way. I understand why this change upsets a lot of people, afterall the true lifeblood of an MMORPG is Game World Persistence (the idea that the game world itself is reliably consistent), and that's probably the main reason vertical progression games suffer these days. Players want to feel like their efforts mattered in the end and that their time is being and has been valued. However, Anet might be onto something. They should try combining Skirmish Tickets, Fractal relics, PvP league tickets and Raid currencies as well. Perhaps the dungeon currency is just a test run for further changes. Afterall, as others have said here and implied, forcing players to play specific content in order to get rewards from that content is just artificial inefficiency. 🙃
