I feel like this needs more attention. My guess is there are so few of us that still have this issue after the hotfix was implemented that it is extremely low priority for the devs.

Unfortunately I already did that. They said they do not have ability to fix the issue for me and to submit a bug ticket instead, which I did. Only issue now is just waiting for the day they hopefully see it. I've only seen one other person post about it that is still having issues after the hotfix, so I'm not sure how soon they will get around to it.

You aren't the only one. I am having the same issue as well. Ran Citadel of Flames story and all paths multiple times over the weekend and the gear is still locked for me. I was worried I wouldn't find someone else having the same issue after the hot fix was implemented but here we are *sigh*

I am unfortunately still experiencing this bug. I have a peculiar case. I started my account back in 2016 but never played (kept the same account because I later purchased PoF and quit the same day once again). A friend of mine invited me to play with his friends and I am actually starting to get into it for the first time. Grinded out Citadel of Flame 3 separate times this past weekend (story mode and all paths, so 12 times total), yet the items are still all locked and telling me to run the paths the exact number of times stated before I ran them again. I escalated this through a bug ticket, but I am afraid I am in such a niche scenario now since a lot of you have already seen this problem fixed.
