I had this issue since 2-3 days. I run with steam, proton experimental, i made the maj of proton and no more issues now.

OK so the game play fine launching through steam. But after some playtime (couple hours) the pc freeze. I tried with/without arcdps, it's the same. I tried adding in the steam launch option no difference either.

For the games that doesn't launch with steam proton: in steam, the tool "Steam Linux Runtime - Soldier" in properties -> betas I've selected previous_release. And now the protons games are launching again.

I played this morning with steam. And now I can't. It start launching biefly and then go back to the play button. And its the same with others steams games. Haven't change anything. Tried restoring a backup from yesterday, still nothing...

I have resolved the steam issue. So if there is a windows "Updating Gw2..." and nothing more. After a fresh install of steam, before using the add a non-steam game, install a steam game that need proton (he isn't installed/ready yet and isn't installed by the non-steam fonction) . But it doesn't resolve guild wars 2. With the installed gw2 (and proton experimental) I have the error: *--> Crash <--* Assertion: Launcher: Browser crashed File: D:\Perforce\Live\NAEU\v2\Code\Gw2\Game\Launcher\LauncherCoherent.cpp(2554) App: Gw2-64.exe Ok and with proton 7.0 It's WORKING no isssues for now, black lion tc is ok.

With Lutris i have tried a lot of combination of wine versions (7.2.2 and older), dxvk versions (1.10.2 and older) and some other options. Majority of the time its a CoherentUi fail. without dxvk I can sometimes clik play on the luncher, but for an immediate crash. With steam (starting with the installer) i have a windows "Updating Gw2Setup-64.exe Ready to launch #SteamUI_JoinDialog_LaunchGameReady VIEW UPDATES button" How do i make steam work? "Manjaro Linux" (64 bit) AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core AMD AMD Radeon RX 580 Series (polaris10, LLVM 14.0.6, DRM 3.42, 5.15.55-1-MANJARO)
