With the same gear, pve Arcing Alice still has the pre patch damage template when using a spellbreaker build. basically you crit for 10-11 k on spellbreaker, and 15-16k on core (vs <50%) I doubt this is intended, but it still needs fixing.

Pve Arcing slice hasn’t been buffed when used on a spell breaker. >50% dmg tooltip is 2637 on a spell breaker build, but 3792 on a core warrior build. same gear used; 2789 power. evidently the update didn’t go thru spellbreaker. Haven’t check the other weapons yet.
