  1. Congratz all M-Mesmers! 🥰 Oh! That means that maybe in a couple more years they'll be able to fix the toolbelt for Mechanists 😂
  2. What proof do you need? The fact that they can't "properly" handle with only one game? Look at the hundreds of bugs they don't fix for years. Look at the constant problems with launching even simple events, not to mention something major like an expansion. Wasn't the last weekly event enough for you? And there's nothing complicated there; the problem is obvious - achievements are not received by those who have already got them before, but absolutely no one checked anything before launching the event itself. So I'll repeat - ANet won't be able to handle two games because they can't even properly handle with one.
  3. Too much fluff, too little substance. It’s like google translate or an attempt at philosophizing that just turned into a collection of random words strung together and occasionally separated by punctuation marks.
  4. If we assume that this is true - ANet is not the kind of company that could handle two games at once; they barely manage with one. They would have to either completely abandon GW2 or have someone else work on the new game. And if someone else were to work on GW3, "whatever comes out" would never be remotely as remarkable and amazing as GW2 (considering also its flaws).
  5. Typical ANet 🤣 UPD: Dear ANet staff,/devs it would be better if you tested the events before launching instead of putting confused reactions under the posts 😂 What a disgrace it is to repeatedly step on the same rakes - do you have a quality department or at least any testers? I don't know whether to cry or laugh. I can already anticipate the OFFICIAL response along the lines of, «Guys, don't be upset, next time we might fix something, someday you'll be able to get achievements/rewards», like that time when only squad leaders got the achievements 🤡
  6. But why can't you show it? The process will take no more than 10 minutes.
  7. Here you go - unlike "some people", I don't just talk the talk. And I'm not quite sure why you needed information from /age (since it doesn't contain details about the character creation date, which I already showed above from gw2efficiency), but I've done everything you asked for. Can I now ask you to do the same? Or are you going to continue dodging, using all these childish and absurd excuses like "you say the bug is not fixed, so you post the video showing that"? 😁 Especially since I asked you for the video not because I didn't believe you, but because I was curious to see it, all the more so because of the point below. The only case where it might not work as expected (or should I say, works as intended?) is if you click the skill with your mouse instead of using a hotkey. In that case, the toolbelt skill might not work, and everything will appear as if the bug has been fixed. In the video, I specifically used a hotkey.
  8. My character's creation date. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a video (I don't mean that I don't believe you, I'm just curious to see it) showing that you have set up a healing turret and the toolbelt skill isn't working while using F1 (or any key you've set up on that skill). But video should be longer than ~25 seconds to clearly demonstrate that the skill cooldown would have passed if the skill had been used before the video started.
  9. No, the problem has not been resolved. Not only was it not addressed, but after my recent contact with support (asking them to reach out to the devs), they advised me... to only use the Mechanist's skills because they work correctly and do not cause this bug (I can send screenshot of the conversation with support if it doesn't violate the rules, also I'll blur out the GM's name).. You might be using the Mechanist's spec skills. The problem is easily reproducible - proof. I've been trying to get through to ANet for a long time with requests and pleas for a fix, but no one is paying attention - neither the devs nor the community managers. Complete ignore. Just check this thread.
  10. Firstly, initiative is a class feature, and I see little point in even minor modifications. Secondly, if I were you, I would think twice... then think again a few times... and then one more final check just in case, before asking developers like ANet to redo something that works quite well. And no, I don't mean they're bad, otherwise, they wouldn't have created GW2. It's just... how to put this gently - I think they'd better just fix the existing hundreds of bugs before adding new ones.
  11. I don't like the new Elementalist weapon. But hey, at least stealth for thieves is untouched. Sounds like a meme 🤣
  12. I think you should try playing as a thief yourself to see how it works. I agree with you - everyone should have their own opinion. But trust me, your thread is neither the first nor the last. Every class has its strengths, many specs are counter-specs to others, having very strong sides that others can hardly counter. Don't be lazy, find the time, try playing as a thief. This is a friendly advice, without any sarcasm or anything like that. Especially since GW2 is the most alt-friendly in this regard, and you won't even need to level up and gear up a character. Someone made the point, "have the developers ever tried playing against a skilled thief?" - well, this applies to all classes and specs. To all of them, really. Any skilled player (no matter which spec/class) can do god kitten magic. Yes, PvP in GW2 is not in its best shape, but it's not in its best shape anywhere unless we're talking about something where everything is homogenized, and there's no difference between opponents other than skill. But this is an MMORPG, not CS2/Quake or the like. PvP in general is the kitten of MMORPGs. A scourge that shouldn't even be added to the game as such. In PvP modes of such games, it's impossible to create balance, only to nerf/buff all classes in random order to the kitten ground as Blizzard does. Such "non-complaint" topics have always existed and will always exist. Just in this case, everything works RELATIVELY okay, as much as possible (although yes, various patches will be released from time to time). And since playing as a thief is not as easy as it's written in such threads, then before ANet (if theoretically, they listen to such "discussions"), a dilemma arises - to please a few players who feel discomfort in combat with a thief (don't know how to play, haven't figured it out, and don't know what to counter other classes with), or to lose from 15% to 40% (depending on the severity of the nerf) of the thief population. And I'm not talking about rerolling here. And if it were only about PvP balance - well, let them balance it as they wish, I play PvP occasionally and don't take wins or losses personally, nothing irritates me there. If you listen to my advice (genuinely friendly, believe it or not) and you, like that Rogue from WoW (who, playing another class once said - Rogues are OP. They told him - prove it. He proved it, becoming one of the top Rogues. After that, Blizzard made changes to the class), prove by your example that thieves are OP - I will agree with you and publicly apologize for disagreeing. Just... give it a chance, see for yourself, in the thief's shoes. And also I want to apologize to you for being harsh in some of my previous posts.
  13. If you can't engage in combat with a thief before you're dead... I have a very bad news for you 😂 You're not discussing anything; from the start, you've been pushing absurd proposals to nerf stealth because you're uncomfortable playing against a thief and you don't know how to play against a thief. Let me repeat - learn to play. I have nothing more to discuss with you, don't bother replying, don't waste your energy and your keyboard switches resource 😘
  14. Buddy, I think you're firing in the wrong direction 😁 And don't think about me, I'll manage somehow on my own 😉
