the lowest character detail level still shows the most annoying eyesore legendaries around you but decent visuals get the standard skin. What I want to say with that: may try to disable them with the Motion Blur Power slider 😐

Sad isn't it. Using a VPN is the only solution for me to safely play any kind of instanced content like storyline, dungeons, fractals and even in the golem training area. Like one of the last one was in fractal 24 right before the boss when the npc talks, that was long enough already, it's not a cutscene itself. And another was within the Metrica Province jumping puzzle but thanks it didn't reset to start like in other instanced content. I got gw2 and HoT almost 7 years ago and hesitate to buy the full collection just because of that annoying bug. Then free vpn is way too laggy and I'm not really in need for a premium vpn for anything else but gw2. Same error code:
