It's still happening! Where are the bans??

I usually goof around in WvW with friends, but today I decided to do my dalies in PvP, to my surprise I encountered two charr warriors, flying and shooting from the sky, untill noone else was left in the pit. They made everyone quit the game, just wow. I heard about hacks before but I've never seen them in the actual game. Still trying to process it, but it's hard. I feel hurt. What is arenanet doing? Why is this allowed? I bet hundred people quit the game today, because of this guys. Why are they not banned? I'm surprised noone talked about it yet, I checked the forums, but noone talks about them. Did everoyne just give up on PvP? Well yikes, I'm back to WvW now anyway. I won't play PvP again for a long time. I'm just soo disappointed.
