Art Issues: Characters, Weapons, Armor - [Merged]

Race: Human Male Class: Revenant Issue: Color not rendering on my armor. It is just a washed out gray regardless of the die I use. This just started recently. It does not occur on my other characters. I have tried a full repair, changing graphics settings and nothing changes. Changing armor or outfits does not fix it either. Anyone have an idea of what would cause this?
