I also had the same issue. I go to the designated spot and try to call skyscale and it says mounts disabled. it gives me the summon your mount to learn a new trick, but mounts are disabled in that area. when I get there it says "you are entering an area where mounts are not allowed. Turn back or be dismounted. -

I got Gorricks first letter to goto Suns refuge

I was following one of the suggested paths for quickly obtaining a skyscale. I have completed "War Eternal" and have started " A star to guide us".

I have the same issue, however the portal to the south of the weigh point does not even show up. I got the first letter from Gorrik, and completed the eggs quest.. I have the saving skyscales quest and all content for LW season 4 but its not giving me a portal to go into sun's refuge
