Unfortunately I just tested it and it didn't fix anything for me. Kamilla doesn't give the motivation and doing any Rift event just gives me normal rewards. The story step is still stuck.

It's funny that I didn't realize this was a problem until my son and I got to this story step. I had previously taken a character through solo and had no problem. When we did this step in a party, my son advanced and I didn't. And of course, I lot the motivation. So I haven't been able to advance. I don't want to use up masteries or gold to try to resolve this issue. I am hoping that the patch on the 28th fixes this, but until then my son and I can't work through things together.

I have the same problem. Plus there are about 3 others here that are having the same problem.

I got it to work yesterday by adding gw2 to the Trend Micro exception list. It worked and I even played it this morning. Then a new build came on. Now it won't work and adding it back to the exception list has not helped. I am going to try turning off Trend Micro, but I hate that as a "fix". Update: So after nothing else worked, I turned off Trend Micro. Then everything worked fine. I hate turning my AV on and off. I hope that they figure out something soon.

I think that everything has been said that can be said. I just am adding to this post so I can track if anet responds.

As of reset last night, the node is working for me.

So far it is still not working on my other characters. If I take in the toon that bought the node, I can go to any home instance and find the node. If I take in any other character, nothing is there. I just checked all the home instances after reset tonight.

Yeah, me too. I can find it with the toon that bought it, but none of my others can see it. If that's the way it is supposed to be, the cost is too high.

I've had my skyscale for a long time. My wife decided to catch up on the Living Stories and get a Skyscale for her own. We completed all of Living Story Season 4, including Descent. She got the mail to return to Dragonfall to see Gorrik. But when we go to the Skyscale Eyrie, he's not there. It's been a long time since I did it, but as I recall he's right there at the POI. How does she get Gorrik to show up and start the skyscale collections?

I'm having the same issue. I have tried it on two different computers and get the same result. I cannot get into the game at all. It doesn't seem to matter which character I try. Update: After seeing comments above, I tried again and got in.

I finished the Newborn Skyscales collections, waited for reset and got the email that says to meet Gorrik in Sun's Refuge. The Saving Skyscales collection is available in my Hero's Panel and says to talk to Gorrik. I have looked throughout Sun's Refuge and cannot find Gorrik. Taimi is standing by the Dragon's Nest, but doesn't have any dialog about Gorrik. I am using the character who did the Newborn Skyscales collections and completed War Eternal. I did try to come in with a different character, but the results were the same. So what am I missing? Or what do I need to do differently?

Just to add my info. I am having the same problem. I finished the achievement twice. I finished 3 on the third round. Since then, none of the chests show as available. All chests show as open with no text above them when I swim up to them. Checking the achievement shows the 3 chests that I got in the third round with a checkmark. All others have no checkmark but are listed as looted. I hope this gets fixed soon. Until then I am collecting keys and waiting.
