You are currently unable to purchase any item gems, expansion , ect . currently when you go through process error populate. Multiple user have tested this

I know there been many post regarding this but happening every 2-5 minutes now. Appear to be occurring more often and can be resolve very easy by upgrading your infrastructure to support your player base. Seeing post from years ago that this was brought up but as guild wars 2 has grown definitely something that should be fixed or automated to not effect the players experience. Not sure if this posted in the right spot but wanted to bring awareness. Because I'm seeing more and more people posting about it in map chat. Plus you lose all your progress, if your on Dragon End, you get to the point of when your about to fight boom bam your transferred to another map.

if you have a lower tier Salvage-O-Matic and decide to upgrade to rune or silver or tools ect. Giving the player the option to get rid of items that they no longer use or allowing them to gift to another players or Guildie. Allowing more flexibility for person who purchases gems.

I use IRC for all my guild chats. 😛

I know this long shot but would like to see the developers add a buyback option or allow trading of old items to help Guildies out or new players. Such as when you purchases a copper and end up upgrading to rune later on. I know everyone runs into this.

There was a recent post on LinkedIn about the power of AWS for Arenanet. The truth is they currently do not have the servers scale enough to handle the current player base. This the reasoning for recent lag spikes that are occurring. But if you place a ticket or bring it up. They will state it's your local network setting. Maybe if enough people bring to there attention they will address it.
