I have been looking for a simple way to organize duels in wvw and to find company for small scale roaming. Since I couldn't find an already existing community of duelling and roaming enthusiasts I ended up slapping together a discord community server for that exact purpose with automated voice channel creation and a very rudimentary way to organize yourself some duels or find a roaming party.
