try to do #16 again, it somehow is swapped with 4 or smth i had the same problem with 16 and did 4 again and it worked, so i guess it will work for you too just the other way round^^

Seems like 4 and 16 are swapped according to the Wiki. Did 4 now and got the Achievement.

Hi, did Rise and Shrine Achievement and it seems Number 16 is Bugged. 16 - Maguuma: Enjoying a view of a broken bridge. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Rise_and_Shrine I did it 2 times, even after daily reset but it wont count to the Achievement.
