I'll have to check again to make sure. I used the elixir many times over the past 2 weeks and I have yet to see a green heal number on an ally from the regen, and I used it in cases where I thought no other healer would be doing much, but it is possible that they could have had a regen buff already on them when I thought they didn't.

I've been playing around with a Harbinger build in WvW using the Twisted Medicine trait so I can give some boons from my elixirs to allies, and I noticed that the heal elixir does not give the regeneration boon to my allies, and only to myself. I think the other elixirs are giving their boons to my allies, but I have never seen any heal numbers from the regen on my allies when I throw down the elixir on top of us. Is this intended to not grant any regen to others, or is it a bug?

I would like to see a "Loot Bag Tonic", or something similar that is usable in WvW. We have plenty of guilds using snowballs...but what if we could taunt our enemies or have some fun by turning into running/jumping loot bags? I think it would be hilarious, especially if you could fight while transformed. It could be earned in game, but I would likely buy it from the gem store if it was available only from there.
