Yes any leaks for legendary weapons?

I got a weapon skin from Black Lion for a staff. If I use it on an Exotic staff can I use it also on another staff, or does it need to be removed first as is one-use only?

How should I go about finding groups for finishing the final missions in the core game and Heart of Thorns? I started playing again after quite a few years but the missions zone seem to always be empty.
