They run it because every other elite is garbage on virt. You cant cast spear skills and moa at the same time. Moa has literally such a good animation, if you cant see that.... You can turn your camera lol. "lol blind" "lol block" "lol LoS" "lol invuln" "lol Aegis" lmfao

None of the points you mentioned are true or relevant to draw the conclusion that moa is not okay. Thats why I was asking for something relevant.
