it just says on the site that you only need to defeat every boss to get the essences

I wanted to know if the essence from the 3 boss on W7 will be counted if i finish with Challenge Mode? or i just need the normal mode to appear the reward because i finish the w7 with the CM and the reward from coalessence III not counted! thank you in advance for replying this concern.
