If your argument is that there should be no guilds and only solo players all being randomly assigned instead in order for it to truly achieve its goal... I dont think many people would appriecate that for some reason. But maybe that's just me.- 1

Lets just make a reminder that Anet has failed to fix the mesh a ~2x2x4 meter box shaped wall section that already exists on 2 out of 4 tiers of garrison keep on DBL...
FOR THE PAST 7+ YEARS.
That's how interested in WvW Anet truly is. Nobody even remembers if it was like this from the launch of DBL or if it was a bug introduced later.- 1

Hmmm… what could solve that.. hmmmmmmmm… maybe some kind of “autobalance” system that shuffles the players around to be a little more random instead of fixed and stacked monolithic servers that no one want to fight month after month, year after year?
I know, you could even add support for grouping up before shuffling!
We could call it… the Club System.

Would be easier to get players to join smaller squads/roaming groups, which is really hard to organize. Or to promote 'begginer friendly' squads (which many communities are happy to do).
I'm sure there are technical challenges to that, but that's a dev's job.
Ofc, as an experienced player I can read the map and quickly tell if there's anything going on, but it's utterly unreasonable to expect a newer player to do that. I believe that filling chat with 'flipped' messages would be no help at all, would just be spam which gets ignored.
… WvW has its own LFG category and it’s integrated with the commander feature specifically for WvW.
Its just that absolutely no one use this function.

Just filling the chat is a bad idea. The chat is - unsurprisingly - used to chat. It’s bad enough as it is when EBG cries for help with a 40+ queue.
if Anet want to visually present where commanders are, the WvW menu has all the space that’s needed. Instead of the map button being blank, on the actual button (or next to it) it could dynamically show the 3 largest commanders per border with the same hover over description that we got in the minimap as well as x/50.

You know it’d be much easier easier to add a kick timer to spawn that trigger within a minute unless you move out of the safe zone.

a refreshed experience that builds on what we've learned about mounts since first implementing the warclaw.
Expect nothing then.
In regards to the spear I for one expect an engineer spear that does random kitten, a thief spear that give them at least 2 smoke fields and a guardian spear where all its skills are teleports.

Rule 23 can also be read that playing WvW period is a violation of the ToS and everyone need to be banned.
If you are roaming and prevent some random enemy capping a camp, aren’t you actively trying to manipulate the outcome of matchup in favour of your side?
Let’s not even begin to go down the “leeching” rabbit hole.

Everyone run perma 25 might, the power and condi damage increase is the same from minstrel to cele - well actually power is much more, since it get precision and ferocity gains while the condi duration is irrelevant as an enemy zerg just instantly cleanse most of it. The power gains for the zerg is exponentially better than condi.
So super tanky “condi” meta hohum. It would just be less tanky more power meta.

Play core anything with 3-stat gear. Sure you'll still instantly die but now you will feel a sense of superiority as you taunt them that they needed an elite specced willbender to kill you.
