I'd like to remind Arenanet and NCsoft that GW2 has a reputation as a customer-friendly game that it is squandering for short-term gains. Many people play this game because they feel that they aren't being milked, and this new course will drive customers away. Most of my friends have decided to stop buying gems until Arenanet reverses course. Don't squander this community's goodwill.
