I appreciate it. You've done more help than support has to be honest. Last week with them there was no progress. If you think of anything else about PayPal, let me know. For now, I've just used my debit/credit card directly to make the purchase.

I mean both in game and in the internet browser. I've logged into PayPal today (and several times in the past few weeks). There's no notifications or anything that pops up for me to update on PayPal.

When I clicked on adding PayPal as a payment, it loads up another window and that's where you can change it to whatever payment method you want.

Nope, no network proxy. I've tried to change from PayPal Credit to each debit/credit card I have...Just doesn't want to work through PayPal even though a few months ago it worked just fine.

Didn't work. This issue isn't just client side, it's both client and web browser. PayPal just won't work...

I've been trying to purchase gems via PayPal for a few weeks. Nothing has worked. I've removed all payment options since a previous post said to do that (2022), and I've already contacted support and they've gone through and eventually said it was "not from their end." I'm lost at what to do and thought I should see if anyone else in the community has an idea. The error code I keep getting is 80004 with the message "Something went wrong, please try again later! 80004 https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/articles/4409418445843." Again, I have removed my payment options several times, all my bank/card information on PayPal hasn't changed since the last time it worked, and I couldn't find anything to assist me.

I legit asked my friend who got me into this game (almost 8 years now!) about this and he told me that you'd have to swap it, etc. I love this! I have been working on getting Legendary armor for each weight class but when the template first came out and I couldn't do such, I was discouraged and just about gave up completely on doing more Legendary armor/weapons. I LOVE THIS!
