now well over a month with my ticket, for the simplest problem of all time (threw a precursor accidentally in the toilet like the idiot I am), so if they rly did hire a bunch of new ppl few weeks ago and "started melting the queue" am not feeling the heat

Ticket #6981475 It's been almost a month with my ticket and I'm slowly losing patience. The problem isn't even really trivial, just an item replacement since my dumb ass threw a precursor in the toilet to swap stats.

19 days of complete radio silence on a problem that shouldn't be trivial on any level, I was dumb enuff to try and stat swap a precursor, since there was no warning of it turning into a normal ascended, and what I've researched (about other equally dumb as I) it should be a fairly quick job to replace it... Yikes...
