Obviously, ArenaNet is more and more similar like Korean style. That's mean they keep going to Nerf / buff everything then make the adjustment again to extend the attention / life of the game. As it is the least effort to make somethings difference. (Asian company $$ > value / quality ) By the way, many people mention that has been no any news about the population issue since 2 years ago, because the core design of the game requires a lot of engineering effort to make the change. ( They can't really do that now). $$$$$
