  1. I just repeated the process and again failed to find an ArenaNet.log file anywhere on the hard drive. I have submitted a ticket and in addition to running Support's GameAdvisor.exe and sending them the results, they have now also requested the GW2.log and ArenaNet.log "if present." If anyone has any other ideas I am all ears. Did you end up figuring out a solution? I have the same issue now.
