    I had an infinite load screen, but closing and re-opening the game fixed it.

    Yeah not this patch. Some lucky people on my map got the kill (seems like it works but only once) but I was too late post patch.

    In the story instance "Be My Guest" I crashed twice with an "attempt to read memory at location 0" error as the cutscene started to play after the boss. Disabling Dx11 causes this to work without issue. Crashes reported with in-game tool.
