This^ One of the core principles of the original game was "no gear treadmill/hamster wheel." Legendary items were supposed to be forever. Taking away functionality we've earned, regardless of the form, is unacceptable - period. -
This - or have full defense rewards apply only to secondary keeps, with reduced rewards for SMC and garrisons/EK (the players should be defending them for their utility alone).

| "Disabled the Glyph of Reaping in instances for players who are not instance owners." ... is this permanent?Apparently, it's permanent as a year later, Reaper tools still do not function in other players' home instances. At least it works in guild halls now.
