That can not be the problem as i am on a fixed Telekom cable and have instant access to all services provided by them, even Amazon without delay, i can all play a mulitude of games even GW1 with an aver ping of10 or less. this is an Anet problem.The lack of responce by Anet is worrying, they seem not to be able to reply to Tickets. The automated responce that a ticket has be sent was over 90 minutes ...They should be able to post a responce on the Forums showing that are at least looking into the problem that has affected 1000s of players if not 10s of 1000`s.
