EDIT:I could solve my problem on my own.. I could find the old version unter windows.old..I'm so freaking dump that I didn't got this idea earlier..C:\Windows.old\Users*Username*\AppData\Roaming\WinAuth ist the path and there you can open the tilfe with editor and could read out the old secret code
6996405 is 17 days old. Still can't login. Only Winauth needs to be removed.. Hope i can play next WvW Reset with my main account again.. Guess this week it wouldn't happen

Is this info with the new employees from anet? Because what i read in the post with all tickets they still need 25 days or more.Numbers would be awesome to give us a rough idea when we are in queue.

At least they made a post a month ago that they are aware of it. It would be better if they do this weekly to update us.
Maybe because of the new hype of new players they arent staffed enough and the lots of free players also makes much more players. Maybe a splittet support for free and payd account would help at least the ones who pay the support :p

Same here. Winauth dont work after reinstallation. Definatly will never use something like this again.. Day 11 with no response. Cant eben login to support Page. Had to open it anonymous. Only had the forum in my cache so im still on here

Im just worried, that people, that open a ticket today have to wait 5-6 weeks and next week the waiting time is getting even longer..

I just need to remove the authentificator from my account after reinstalltion of my pc.Opened a ticket on the german page 6996405Added the key and 3 char names.Also write a mail a day after with english translation after i read that german support takes even longer.

If you still can login you should. Change password of the game, email and set up a 2nd factor authentification like email or so if not done already.
BTW, Can i priorise my ticket by buying gem cards ;)

Maybe they should to a little "shift left" stuff. It means getting less work for the support and add it to the customer. Add self services so the user can change passwords, emails and Authentificator change alone if the got all needed stuff. This would remove a lot of work and the user gets what he wants immediatly.
I have added key, 3 Char names, email, etc. to my ticket 6996405 and now i have to wait 3 weeks. Or more to get the authentificator reset.Today there should be a proper self service. Most companys couldn't efford to do this all by hand.

Now im really afraid..I had to reinstall windows and after the patch today it asked for the winauth which it didnt do for weeks..Im playing since beta and gad never any ticket opened as far as i remember. I dont want to wait several weeks :'(

As a consequence, since they show us how less they care about WvW, since they just forgot us this relink NOBODY should trans so they wont get a single dollar or gem this time. I think this is the only way to hurt them
