I really appreciate all the thought and consideration that went into updating all elite specs! Virtuoso felt better compared to the first beta. The following feedback is coming from my perspective as a condi Mesmer, mostly roaming main in WvW: 1. I have mixed feelings with the calls to swap Bladeturn Requiem with Blade Renewal. I see two options: A. Swap them. B. Keep them as is, but make Bladeturn Requiem instant/.5 second cast time (remove the channel!) and give it more damage procs. This leans into the Virtuoso is a damage dealer while giving it back a bit more defensive use but not too much to give it some drawback from Distortion. I favor this rework. 2. While I have enjoyed the bugged Sharpening Sorrow which let me max out my condition duration while I had fury... I still felt similarly as deadly to the power variant while roaming/small group roaming (Grieving gear, staff/scepter pistol, Illusions, and Dueling). Were you to take a virtuoso to a zerg fight, you'd ALWAYS want to gear for power for more reliable utility, survivability, and damage. When Sharpening Sorrow gets fixed, I predict condi virtuoso will be wholly inferior to power virtuoso. Still, thanks for allowing me to see what it's like loading someone with 20 stacks of confusion! 3. Relatedly, what is the identity/role of condi virtuoso? Flesh out this idea more... If I want to play a condi mes build, what would be situations in which I'd want to select condi virtuoso over another condi mesmer spec? "Long-ranged" doesn't feel distinct enough. Functionally, most of my fights devolved into mid-range fights after my opening Bladesong- same as all the other condi mes builds I have played. 4. Give the Blade skill fact to swords, spears, and skills 2, 3, and 4 of greatsword like you did with dagger. This works thematically, makes Bloodsong less useless as a trait all around, gives condi virtuoso a different identity from other condi mesmer builds aesthetically (Illusionary Weaponry vibes), and would allow condi virtuoso for more flexible play options compared to other condi mes builds. Related to point 3, if "bleeds", are going to be Condi virtuoso's identity, this will allow for more ways to apply bleeding. 5. Sharper images does not apply to Blade attacks. I think it should- even if duration must be reduced to one second. Again, the condi pressure from virtuoso feels rather bland (and will especially be lacking once Sharpening Sorrow is fixed). Alternatively, unsplit Jagged Mind from PvE and give it a 2 second duration. 6. Really struggling to ever use any of the Virtuoso utilities outside of Blade Renewal... At least with power they can be more meaningful when zerging. Can Thousand Cuts block/destroy projectiles? This would be reasonable given its icon and animation nd solidifies virtuoso's role at range. It would reward positioning and give the skill a semi defensive use. 7. With little chance that any of our utilities/traits will be altered to provide more mobility, I definitely agree with others that we should be able to use Bladesongs and Twin Blade Restoration facing away from targets. This would allow for better kiting. 8. Mixed feelings about others' calls to make Bladesong Dissonance a stun... it would be like having a built in Signet of Domination on a lower cooldown with damage... Sounds a bit much. Especially on a power build. 9. Piercing is nice on Bladesong Sorrow, but compared to Bladesong Harmony, because of it's odd (but pretty) 5-point firing pattern, you'd be lucky to hit more than one target even with perfect positioning. If it got the Sevenshot pattern that COULD fix it (although it would be less cool to watch 🙂 ). Looking forward to the next iteration!

I experienced this issue today as well. Recieved the odd in-game email. Had GWAMM revoked, all titles and AP (had up through Champion of the Gods). However, weapon unlocks seem unaffected as do miniature unlocks. Would love to have this fixed so I can continue to stoke false notions of superiority by wearing my GWAMM title.
