which is an absolutely horrible way to do things, ether add it in an actual quest or what the OP suggested.

they did this years ago when they changed the mastery system into the specialization system, are you really surprised they screw you ppl over yet again?
i saw this happening years in advanced but noooooo, crazy sorudo is talking BS again, doesn't know anything.
well, enjoy your kittened up game, GW2 is now officially not GW anymore, just a wish version of tera.

it's already in the game like many other things, they just ignore it.

the best years were over for about 6 years ago, i have yet to see something truly positive about Anet since they got greedy.

It is additional content that costs labor and money to produce and which we are being given the option to purchase.
no, it's a bunch of stuff they had to add 8 years ago but never did and now ask money for it.7

My biggest problem with this is that it's a dlc of no more than 15 euro worth of content with features that should never be behind a pay wall, the weapon availability is an update feature for instance.

Did they though? It doesn't seem so with the new studio update. I quote:
"The next chapter of Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons arrives on February 28. With familiar allies like Detective Rama and his hat at your side, you’ll travel to a new location in Cantha and come face-to-face with a deadly foe that resides deep within the Jade Sea. That storyline will conclude a few months later with an update that introduces additional playable space to the map, adds meta-events and boss encounters, and lays the groundwork for future to-be-announced adventures. Unlike a Living World release, all owners of Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons will gain access to this content, meaning there’s no pressure to log in to unlock it and no gem cost for missed story chapter unlocks."
Seems they listened to people complaining about the cost of living world stories.
I have seen that before, they screwed us over after that.
I don't buy into that again

They stopped caring about players too, nothing but crap with quick money grabs.

Nothing, unless you call rehash and repeated crap new.

if they can't get rid of him with game bans, the devs should just IP ban him.

a complete and utter rework on the overall systems, fixing launch problems, making RPG an actual thing, not making achievements matter but instead some good crafted quests, a rework on the world so it makes allot more sense. (the sea should've been retreating from land over 90 years ago, something comes out of the sea doesn't raise the sea level, it lowers it)

over half of all the animations the original GW has was cut from GW2 so.....

i am more annoyed by the fact that the factions soundtrack sounded really japanese/chinese and it had a flow to it, GW2 version on the other hand sounds like a cheap collection of tracks any B-rank korean game would have.

more than 10 years, since beta in april 2012

GW2's biggest flaw is it's expectation, it expects you to only care about fighting meta's and getting the best loot but when someone wants to immerse his/her self in a world, to play a role in a bigger world, things start to fall apart really fast.

why not have an option to disable said daily expansion task for your account, allowing you to play dailies the way you want.

i would like actual improvements for the game, allowing players to sit on any bench, having allot more RPG interactions, improving the immersion of the game.
you can add a ton of stuff but that still doesn't make anything right, improve the game (especially the old maps) and it will add to a better experience.

but i want to play this game, not to cringe on everything the game has to offer....
Future Expansion Content Should Include SPvP/WvW
in Guild Wars 2 Discussion

two things to consider
1.) is it worth the money? the last "expansion" isn't even worth the PvE experience so how is to going to be worth the PvP experience.
2.) does it benefit anyone buying the expansion? if it is just a map and that's it then it benefits no one, if it adds more features it gives them a to big of an advantage (pay to win).
balance is key.
