Did you change/toggle your selected WvW guild after Thursday night, even briefly? I selected the right guild a week ago and didn't change / unticked since, but when I logged in this morning it was not ticked.

What is your default world when World Restructuring is disabled? Whiteside Ridge
When I enter WvW, I can see the dots of my guild mates' on the map / mini map, but when checked /IP we are in different instance.
The name of the WvW location in guild roster looks the same, but we are not in the same instance.
