I voted for all modes, Easy, Normal, Hard. I like the idea of having an easy mode because it would be so much more easier to hold a training raid to teach people how to get to Normal mode. If you're teaching a training raid and keep wiping every minute because of a missed mechanic it makes it harder to show people the rest of the mechanics.
