It was during Guild Wars 2 vanilla time. Then later they removed it and opted to join server population on the maps.

I would like to know when the option to transition regions and play with friends on other continents will be added again.. I am baffled that we were able to guest visit NA from Europe and vice versa in the past but now there is no such option and yet but can still chat, join guilds and squads from different continent and yet we can't see or play together with others. Any plans for adding this feature again ANet?

That does not even remotely address the point. What you seem to be defending is the idea purchasable content itself, which I have no objections to. you're missing the point here. It's not creating a thread complaining such content exists that will stop Anet from making those. It's simply not buying them. If you, your friend, and other players don't buy the skin lootboxes, there is no point for their marketing team to push this strategy forward. That's all

You know you're not obliged to buy those and they won't affect your gameplay right.
