The Sign In Button on the Support page, Submit a Ticket link under the Trouble Logging In page, and the Submit a Ticket button on the Trouble Logging In page all redirect to themselves (i.e. https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ). This prevents me from putting in a ticket. Unfortunately, being logged into the client and/or the Account page seem to be treated as separate access points and don't recognise that I'm actually logged in.
This has occurred at various points in the past and seems to fix itself, so...yeah, that is what it is. 😑

If I could put in a ticket, I'd note that in Ranked SPvP I've experienced disconnects after losing the majority of the matches I lose. This doesn't seem to happen whenever I win, so I'm thinking that it's directed by a disgruntled player on the team -and given I've watched ping spam, verbal abuse, and players AFKing by autorunning against a wall that seems like it may hold up. I'm not sure what, if anything, can be done about this, so...yeah, that is what it is, too. 😑
Thankfully, the DC doesn't last more than 10 seconds and I'm sent back to the character select screen to log back in. All things being equal, it's more sardonically amusing than frustrating.
