Skill / Hero Challenge NPC's bugged [Merged]

Hello, I'm trying to do world completion, and one of the hero points in Brisban Wildlands is bugged. I asked in mapchat and apparently it has been bugged for days. Don't know if it's known or not. It's by "Restless Arboreal Spirit [Hero Challenge]".
