    January 2022 and I got that bug too, so It's still happening... I'll try the workaround because I do want to replay the whole story and it's just frustrating to not be able to do it normally.

    I've tried this on ascended weapon and the different behaviour is interesting to say the least. Unlinking the sigils from all equipment templates and relinking worked for me too. Clicking to customize sigils no longer crashes me.

    I can confirm this! Those crashes are happening to me too! If I click to customize it (when slotted on my weapons) the game crashes immediatly https://imgur.com/sG7wKpG
