Sorry for the bad quality my only video capture is my phone but. Yeah.
I tried to see if this was an issue for any of my other F sylvari characters of other classes, or any of my other light armor characters, but it seems to just be elementalist. At least the outfits themselves don't seem out of the ordinary?
Oh, bah. I didn't even realize that was there, much less that I must've accidentally clicked it. 😅 Well at least that's one less thing I have to worry about!
