  1. If you leave the instance and re-enter the progress bar resets.
  2. Hi all. I'm completing Living World Season 1 for the first time, and I am up to the Battle for Lion's Arch story step. However, I am finding it nearly impossible to complete as there never is enough people in this instance. Any suggestions?

  4. So I've played a lot of weaver and tempest, and while I feel those two have a clear identity (dps vs supp), I'm having a hard time figuring out where catalyst sits and what it's strengths are... In ways it seems like kind of a bruiser spec. But I feel like it steps on the toes of the other two, with a weird amount of focus on auras (tempest), and a lot of it's utilities seeming like weaver stances. What is everyone's thoughts on the role of Catalyst?
  5. http://gw2skills.net/editor/?PmwAwyJldETMdsm4irm9kXe9Mn6qLn9FZk9tgIiogF1U66H-zRIYS09fIVJiyUREqU1ozyqbaA-e I was looking to see/hoping any folks could give me any constructive input/criticism on my current CORE revenant build. I have not yet fully unlocked any elite specs for the revenant, so I am only working with core traits/legends/weapons. I typically play and main light/medium armor classes (i.e. virtuoso, weaver, and soulbeast), but wanted a change up in my arsenal of characters and made one of each heavy armor classes, and am currently working on revenant as it intrigues me the most. I mainly wvw/pvp, and would like to try for a build that works well for being in the frontlines of a zerg, thereby has good survivability/sustain, and, ideally, at least some decent damage (and i'm not NECESSARILY looking for it to be a super supportive build, just one that is more along the lines of a good tank, or more specifically, bruiser).
  6. Pretty much as title says. When running soul beast, when should you meld with pet to beast mode, and when should you be un-melded typically?
  7. Sorry for not clarifying. I primarily play and am focused on the Pvp/wvw side of things (though I do also engage in pve, but for the purpose of this... I'm not concerned with PvE so much). And I guess also what I am getting at is, is scepter ready only good or considered by most, good when focused on the air attunement/traitline? Is fire damage and fire traits, for instance not considered as viable for damage to be used as the focus in the rotation? Or water/earth not as viable for support/control/damage?
  8. Pretty much as title says. Is scepter only good if running fresh air trait? I haven't played around with it too much myself. It seems like there are a lot of traits in various traitlines that would beneft scepter, both dps and support-wise, however the only time i ever feel like i see scepter being run is if using the stereotypical famous Fresh Air build.
  9. Is there any pros to running core mesmer like there is to running the core spec of most/some other classes?
  10. I am a returning player that is interested. Looking for an invite please! 😃
  11. Does each profession spec/elite spec have a certain niche/role that it occupies best (condi dmg, pwr dmg, support, control, utility, etc.)? If so, what? I mainly play mesmer, but I'm looking to venture out to other professions, but I don't know as much about most of them and their various specs/elite specs.
