Frozen Out still a buggy, frustrating mess...

This is happening to me, as of today.. has anyone figured out a legit fix or workaround for this? I am VERY tired of repeating this buggy boss battle, over and over, only to get disconnected when I talk to Rox.. Please fix this!!!!! How do I continue the story like this???
