In the story. I tried 2nd time using "replay the chapter" but no luck. I'm now in 2nd chapter, will try again after finishing "Sky Pirates".. Edit - in the next chapter.... also no letters in Dead End 😕 .. screen from game -
I checked in wiki. And on YT. i'm looking at correct tables but no letters. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Letter_from_Knut - here is letter/book on the map. There's no book on the table , and the map differs :/

Hello, the first 3 letters in "Investigative Study 1" seem to be missing 😞 I'm in War Council room, and there are no books/letters interactive. There's no book near the map where "letter from Knut" shouls be, and no other letters. I found the other lettes in Flame and Frost. please help ?

28 march 2020. Still bugged :(EDIT : I exited the game and came back after some time. The event started in some other camp and there were no problems with going on and finishing the chapter. -
Found it !! :D It seems I looked for it at different cave, near different stalagmite. Those two spots really look similar. Dulfy counts the notebook item as Number 1 , that's why the numbers are different.I followed this YT and found it, and got achievemnt.The case is solved :)

Hi!I have found all the scraps to finish Apprentice Kasandra’s Notebook achievement, but one scrap is not showing on 'found" list. I'm following this guide http://dulfy.net/2016/07/27/gw2-scrap-of-paper-bloodstone-fen-achievement-guide/ and I found nr 3. 16 Phoenix, 1325 AE , but it didnt mark as "found" on my list. It also doesnt show when I wasnt to read "Kasandra's diary-incomplete"Anyone had such problem ?

Frozen Footrace achievement bugged?

You're right, it was my mistake. I thought the race is 10 minutes, while it's 10 min. 59 s. . Just finished it again, this time paying attention to that small achievemnt icon ( over the skills bar), and it was showing how much time is left. I reached the finish line just with last second , got the credit.So, it seems fixed. Sorry for chaos ! -
