    Same issue here. Tried to do it again, submitted a bug report. Submitted a ticket and was told try to do it again, submit a bug report. And there was nothing they could do.

    Just crashed after beating Eater of Souls. When talking to Joko. Guess Ill have to do that hour long instance again. Code 7 11 3 191 101 WarriorSoloNA

    NAWarriorSolo I reran it with someone else leading and we finished. The next instance (tomb of the emporer?) crashed as well right when I talk to the spirits. Reran it next day and got through. No issues since.

    And now the next instance is doing same thing.

    Same happened to me. Finally had someone else run it for me in a group.
