Guild Hall Cannot Put Up Any Decorations

Few days back, I reported to in-game support about parts of building structures appearing in mid air and scattered all over the guild hall. I can't be sure if that has been fixed because these glitches appeared and disappeared, on and off. Now they are not there, let's see if they will appear again later.

 

However, if my first reported problem has already be fixed, i believed it created a new bug -.- Now nothing can be placed in the guild hall. For example, when i try to put a tree down on the ground, there is sound and animations but nothing appears on the ground and the tree is still in my decoration slot. Tried it with few other items, same problem. I wonder if any hall decorator has encountered the same bug? Anet please remove this new glitch asap. Thanks.

Ok those building parts appeared again, so ANet has done nothing yet.

We've had it appear in our Gilded Hollow right outside the War Room. Main buildings fully upgraded. they look like they could have been part of the stage 1 tent buildings.
